Foundation
Herménégilde Bussière opens his shop to repair and maintain electric motors and electro-rotative equipment such as fans, with a focus on the mining industry.
Expansion
Site layout and expansion of the Bussière Électrique workshop.
Groupe VM
Usinage VM, founded in 1995, acquires Bussière Électrique and becomes Groupe VM, now offering machining services and repair of electric motors, fans, and pumps.
Change of ownership
Organizational restructuring of Groupe VM – Arrival of Maxime Godbout as Vice-President and Director of Operations.
The team is growing
Arrival of Shayne Pomerleau as a shareholder and director of operations. Maxime Godbout takes on the role of CEO.
Hyperflo acquisition
Groupe VM acquires the activities of a competitor in the maintenance and manufacturing of fans and pumps, creating HYPERFLO for manufacturing and distribution in these areas, thus adding new equipment to its service portfolio.
